My name is Thuy, and I have been with Trusted Senior Specialists for just over a year now. I am bilingual, speaking both English and Vietnamese. I had been in the Insurance business for several years, specializing in Life Insurance as an independent agent, but I decided I needed a change. After doing my research I knew that TSS was the place for me. The reviews speak for themselves, by both customers and employees alike.

My job is to help Medicare eligibles understand their options and to help them get their most important questions answered. This is especially true for my community, who may not understand English, or the rules of Medicare very well. I am also able to assist clients in researching other products they may have an interest in or need for, such as: dental, vision and hearing plans, hospital indemnity, and short term home healthcare.
